What Do We Do?

Through partnership and collaboration with businesses, charities and various other enterprises, The Wellbeing Foundation works to create opportunities for students to gain practical skills and work based experience. This we believe, is essential for any student embarking on a career in our global job market. We have a range of services to accomodate you in your pursuit towards gaining practical skills and work experience.

Our Mission

We will continue to provide a sustainable enterprise that makes a positive contribution to the lives of students and the communities we serve so we can all benefit from a more meaningful life, for ourselves and future generations.

Our mission is a simple one: to create spaces for growth. Fundamentally, we believe that human beings are no different from any other organism on Earth. In the same way that a tree needs light, water and rain to grow, research has shown that, similarly, humans have fundamental conditions of growth. Below are some of the things that we believe can make this happen:

  • To closely support students, providing them with an open space that allows full expression.

  • To increase the range of community and internationally based learning and work experiences that we

    are able to offer.

  • Pioneer approaches that connect different people, places and ideas from communities around the world.

  • To be innovative in our approach, continually seeking ways to use what we have learnt to inform our practice and to generate new ways of working.

  • Build on the quality that already exists and create new partnerships and collaborations necessary to sustain a financially autonomous organisation.
